WHAT TO DO WHEN OUR OFFICE IS CLOSED
We recognize that emergency situations arise when our office is closed and we will respond to your call as quickly as possible. Please call our 24 hour answering service at (585) 453-2233. The answering service will promptly forward your message to the physician on call who will return your call within one hour. It is a good thing to have paper and pen ready when the doctor returns our call. This will help you remember the doctor’s instructions.
If you think you have an emergency (whether or not it ends up being an emergency) please tell the answering service to send the call straight through.
